This is our second year staying at this house and our third stay in one of Jake’s Garden City houses. We loved the location, cleanliness, and activities in the house. Jake is a very responsive and accommodating host. We’re looking forward to our next stay!

Mountain Top Retreat
We had an amazing stay! The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was insanely well stocked and we made many great meals. The game room was perfect; and the hot tub was delightful. Would stay again!

We had a great stay at Jake's place - the proximity to Powder mountain is great (10 minutes), and the house has great space, is clean and comes with everything you need. Check-in and check-out were also seamless and very easy. Would stay again when we go back to Powder Mountain and highly recommend to anyone visiting.

The 5 of us loved staying in the stunning location in this incredible lodge. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the hot tub was wonderful, and all the little details were so well done (cozy blankets, nice candles, thorough I structions, etc). I would love to stay here again!
Super great place. We would definitely come back and with a bigger group. It was close to everything we needed and just a great place to escape for the weekend.

loved our time there, it was cold and rainy in St george that weekend but with the pool, bikes and toys, my kids loved every minute of it! no complaints
We had an amazing time here! The cabin itself is beautiful - not to mention all the games and activities around the house itself! Definitely make sure your car can handle snow in the snowier months as the neighborhood can be tricky if you do not have AWD. Jake was very responsive and even gave us some great recommendations around the area!! We hope to make another trip during the summer to see this beautiful cabin again!

Quick to reply! I messaged about the grill having looked like it was broken and needing propane. Very quickly responded and refunded us the money for buying a propane tank. Had a mix up with checking in early but was quickly resolved. The house was wonderful and the host was even better. Will be coming back again!
